I can honestly say that meeting Amy and taking her on as my doula enabled me to achieve the birth I never thought I'd be able to achieve. She gave me the confidence and self-belief I needed to go with my instincts to try for a natural delivery following a very traumatic emergency caesarian when some health care professionals were trying to push me into a repeat c section which was not needed. She was always at the end of the phone when I was getting panicky whilst pregnant, and brought so much calm into the room while I was in labour and I was so grateful for her presence. I would highly recommend having her support anyone through pregnancy, birth and in the post-partum period - amazing person inside and out ❤

Amy went above and beyond our expectations. The true value of what Amy embodied is hard to quantify. The overall feeling of support which we felt was not due to anything specific which she did, or said, rather it was how she made us feel. Amy manages to communicate both verbally and non-verbally an overall feeling of kindness, love and care and she provided us with the autonomy to fulfil our role as parents whilst offering the backup and support from which we were able to thrive from. Amy’s demeanour is truly unique and was exactly what was needed both before and during the birth.
